Venue & Staff Hire

If you require a fully equipped venue Pink Saffron Catering is happy to recommend several locations and clubs that may be suitable for your event. We can also provide staff including waiters, chefs and kitchen-hands.

All food package prices are inclusive of cocktail napkins, food display tablecloths and toothpicks.

Venue

Pink Saffron Catering is operated from the St Joseph’s Football Club kitchen in Herne Hill, Geelong.  The venue has recently been updated and is available for hire to member s & non-members for $250.00. This includes cleaning after your function and room hire. There are bar staff available for an extra cost and a bond of $500.00 is required.  St. Josephs Football Club members receive 10% off the cost per head of any function held at the club rooms with catered by Pink Saffron. This venue is suitable for any number of up to 190 guests sit down or 300-plus standing room.

Staff

Waiting staff serve, clear and wash all food serving platters and clear away all finished food items.  It is recommended that for functions with more than 100 guests to have a minimum of two waiting staff. Additional waiting staff are available at $28.00 per hour, for a minimum of three hours.

Equipment

All other setting up equipment such as trestles, tables, glassware, ice buckets, chairs, cool rooms and extra tablecloths are available on request at an additional cost. Please contact us to discuss these options.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees apply for venues more than 20 km from Pink Saffron Catering’s kitchen (Hamlyn Heights). Delivery to 21 km or more are at a cost of 90 cents per km.
