Whether it's an anniversary dinner, birthday celebration or you just want someone to cook for you, our two and three course menus are sure to suit any occasion. Choose from Pink Saffron Catering's huge selection of entree, main meals and desserts, with meals served alternately to give your guests extra variety.
Selection available:
All menu prices include waiting staff to ensure your function runs smoothly. A two-course meal provides staff for three hours. A three-course meal provides staff for four hours. If your function will run over these allocated times, we are happy to provide the staff at an extra charge. Optional extras are also inclusive of staff for the duration. Meals are served alternately.

Entrée Meals
Choice of one entrée and one soup
(2 entrées are available for an alternate menu at an additional cost of $3.00 per guest)
Chicken salad with spiced figs, porosciutto, rocket leaves and buffalo mozzarella
Combination Japanese plate – pork wonton, Californian roll, spring roll and smoked salmon, served with pickled ginger and wasabi paste
Salt & pepper calamari on baby salad drizzled with yogurt and dill dressing
Cheesy spinach filo parcel splashed with a sweet chilli sauce & olive, tomato and basil filo parcel splashed with a spicy mayonnaise V
Goat’s cheese and semi sun-dried tomato tartlet served with a spring watercress salad V

Seared scallops on celeriac puree with saffron and chervil vinaigrette.

Carrot and red pepper soup with cheesy pita triangle floaty

Fillet mignon with a pea and potato cake and roasted mushrooms, topped with a mushroom jus
Tasmanian salmon with lemon crusted potatoes and gremolata
Aged Rib Eye Steak
- Served with wild mushroom jus, green beans and a chive
and potato mash.
Grilled polenta and marinated zucchini topped with roasted mushroom and parmesan.
Individual Roast Beef
- Served on a pepper potato rosti, with green beans and dutch carrots drizzled with a rich red wine jus
Slow roasted Pork Belly
- Served on a sweet maple syrup butternut pumpkin mash, broccolini drizzled with a apple paste aioli.
Baked Herb-Crusted Trevally
- Topped with a lemon bure blanc served with crispy lemon pepper potatoes and mixed vegetables
Leg Pork Steak with proscuitto and a sage and orange sauce
- Served with smashed kipfler potatoes and scented green beans
Grilled Beef Fillet Steak
- Served with
roast beetroot and horseradish and watercress creme fraiche
Char grilled Chicken Breast
- Served with lemony cous cous and pine nut warm salad
Dessert
Pecan Pie served with toffee fan and double cream
Frozen chocolate and cherry terrine drizzled with cherry syrup and served with a pistachio toffee
Individual Lemon Tart drizzled with lime dressing and a dollop of double cream
Chocolate Mud Cake splashed with raspberry coulis and cream
Orange scented Crème Brulee served with an orange segment salad.
