Whether it's an anniversary dinner, birthday celebration or you just want someone to cook for you, our two and three course menus are sure to suit any occasion. Choose from Pink Saffron Catering's huge selection of entree, main meals and desserts, with meals served alternately to give your guests extra variety.

Selection available:

All menu prices include waiting staff to ensure your function runs smoothly.  A two-course meal provides staff for three hours. A three-course meal provides staff for four hours.  If your function will run over these allocated times, we are happy to provide the staff at an extra charge. Optional extras are also inclusive of staff for the duration. The price is also inclusive of tablecloths, linen napkins/coloured dinner serviettes, silver cutlery and white crockery.

Entrée Meals

Choice of one entrée and one soup
(2 entrées are available for an alternate menu at an additional cost of $2.00 per guest)

Combination Japanese plate – pork wonton, Californian roll, spring roll and smoked salmon, served with pickled ginger and wasabi paste

Salt & pepper calamari on baby salad drizzled with yogurt and dill dressing

Cheesy spinach filo parcel splashed with a sweet chilli sauce & olive, tomato and basil filo parcel splashed with a spicy mayonnaise

Goat’s cheese and semi sun-dried tomato tartlet served with a spring watercress salad

Traditional Caesar salad – baby cos lettuce, crispy bacon, boiled egg, shaved parmesan and anchovies drizzled with a creamy tarragon and garlic dressing

 

Soup

Carrot and red pepper soup with cheesy pita triangle floaty

Roast tomato and basil soup with parmesan croutons

Minestrone soup with garlic and herb toast

Pea and ham soup

Potato and leek with bacon crisp

Main Meals

Choice of any two mains

Individual Roast Beef
- Served on a pepper potato rosti, with green beans and dutch carrots drizzled with a rich red wine jus

Pan Sealed Veal Tenderloin
- Served with a salsa verde steamed greens and smashed kipfler potatoes

Roasted Boned Lamb
- Served with a creamy rosemary and lemon scented mash potato, seasonal vegetables and a mint jus

Grilled Lamb Rump
- Served on a polenta cake with a grilled vegetable stack, splashed with rosemary scented jus

Homemade High Chicken Parmigiana
- Crumbed whole fillet topped with a rich tomato concasse, combined cheeses and crispy bacon rashes, served with beer battered chips and roasted carrots green beans

Filo Chicken Parcels
- Filled with semi-dried tomatoes, basil & Spanish onion, served with a side Greek salad with lemon and garlic dressing and gratin potato

Oven-Baked Boned Half Chicken
- Filled with bacon, sage and cheese stuffing topped by a rich jus served with gratin potatoes, steam yellow and green beans and red capsicum

Baked Pork
- Smeared in mustard with caramelized apple, served with baby chat potatoes and watercress salad

Baked Herb-Crusted Trevally
- Topped with a lemon bure blanc served with crispy lemon pepper potatoes and mixed vegetables

Dessert

Pecan Pie served with toffee fan and double cream

Individual Lemon Tart drizzled with lime dressing and a dollop of double cream

Chocolate Mud Cake splashed with raspberry coulis and cream

Self-sauce Mocha Pudding with double cream and berries

Crème Brulee served with a fruit salsa

Gourmet Chocolate Tart, in a sweet pastry shell filled with a rich chocolate ganache.  Served with a praline cream

Stick Date Pudding drizzled with butterscotch sauce and ice-cream

Flourless Orange and Poppy-seed Cake with a orange compote and double cream

Baked Cheesecake served with a berry salad, coulis and double cream
