Providing your guests with a variety of food on a platter is often the easiest and best way to cater your function. Whether it’s as simple as an antipasto and dips, to salads, fruit and cheese or a complete BBQ meat platter, we have a wide variety for you to choose from – from start to finish.

For a larger group of people, we can provide you with a Buffet menu and equipment - you simply select the food you want, and we'll provide the rest!

We will work with you to determine the most appropriate amount of food for your function, but as a guide we recommend three salads for 40 guests.

Crispy Asian Noodle – Egg noodles, cabbage & spring onion in a Asian dressing.

Modern Coleslaw – Coloured cabbages, carrots, celery & spring onion with a creamy mayo.

Traditional Greek – Mixed lettuce, fetta, olives, tomato, Spanish onion & cucumber in a lemon & garlic dressing.

Fresh Garden – Mixed lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red capsicum & Spanish onion

Potato & Egg – Baby chat potatoes, boiled egg & crispy bacon in a seeded mustard mayo.

Classic Caesar – Baby cos lettuce, crispy bacon, boiled egg, shaved parmesan & anchovies in a creamy tarragon dressing.

Nicoise – Tuna, mixed lettuce, olives, cherry tomatoes, potato, egg, Spanish onion & green beans in a lemon garlic dressing.

Roast Pumpkin & Almond – Pumpkin, Spanish onion & slithered roasted almonds in a balsamic dressing.

Panzanella – Roma tomatoes, celery, cucumber, onion & ciabatta in red wine vinaigrette.

We can provide your BBQ platter raw or stay at your function and cook it for you.  If you would prefer Pink Saffron Catering to cook your BBQ please refer to staff costing. If you require the meat to arrive cooked, please let us know and we will arrange this for you (please note, an extra fee may be added).
